Sony launches 'Knights and Witches' sale on European PSN

Further fostering the blatant notion that Sony is blowing Microsoft into the weeds with their digital distribution promotions, starting today, the Playstation manufacturer willl be offering a whole bunch of fantasy themed games at a reduced price to European gamers.

Of particular interest to RPG afficiandos, and, well anybody with a soul, is the coup de grace of the sale; the sublime Level 5 & Studio Ghibli collobrative effort Ni No Kuni for just £19.99.

Ni no Kuni has released in the Americas to widespread praise. For those still on the fence, Namco Bandai has put out one more trailer celebrating the launch of the Level 5 and Studio Ghibli collaboration.

Ni no Kuni gets a minor delay in Europe

The upcoming Level-5 RPG has been delayed in Europe by a week, now releasing February 2nd rather than January 25th. The Namco Bandai Twitter cites the issue as a "logistics delay". To compensate those anticipating the January release, the game will release with a "free gift to download".

Ni no Kuni demo coming to PSN today

Namco Bandai is releasing a demo for the Level 5 and Studio Ghibli developed RPG, Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. The demo will be available later today when the North American PSN store updates. The same demo will be coming to the UK store tomorrow.

Ni no Kuni lands in North America and Europe on January 22nd and 25th respectively.
